Birmingham Express launched in 2025, but the coaching isn’t new. Our head coach spent four seasons developing youth athletes in the Birmingham area before the club was founded

Yes. Birmingham Express Track Club operates under Alabama Youth Athletics, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Sponsorship contributions may be considered tax-deductible charitable contributions to the extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of sponsorship funds, partners will receive official documentation acknowledging the contribution for their records.

Birmingham Express is a competitive club with an open door. Every athlete trains to a real standard, measured against where that athlete started, not against the fastest kid on the roster. Our roster runs from first-year runners to national qualifiers, and all of them train in the same program.
